Wodonga Office Space

This office building was designed to create a well lit open space for an Architectural practice to operate from.

The 1st floor west facing glass elements offer vast quantities of well shaded light yet still blocking afternoon & evening sunlight during the hot glaring summer months. The raking saw toothed roof style offers light from the south into the center of the office space to distribute this softer light generously throughout the open office space. Southern light creates an optimum environment for working with visual tasks. Architecture !

The ground floor comprises of two masonry amenities block & a central stairwell to the 1st floor. With parking for five vehicles under cover.

I have created a few variations of colours  & materials to initialise a colour & material dialogue for progress towards a colour palette we can use in the final render.
